2- Identify the principles on which modern Islamic movements base their political thought.

1- Interpret politics from a new perspective through acquiring a framework based on Islamic politics.
2- Evaluate new ideas that can be utilized when seeking solutions to modern practices of politics.
3- Compare the thought of different prominent Islamic political thinkers.
